In Senegal, AM2NTD collaborates with local health authorities to model Schistosomiasis transmission and evaluate elimination strategies. This project leverages advanced epidemiological tools to inform policy and reduce disease prevalence across the country.

Schistosomiasis remains a major public health issue, especially in communities near water bodies. Modeling efforts help pinpoint where interventions are most needed.
